Implant Smile Gallery
A picture tells a thousand words. Please look through the Smile Gallery. All of the implant surgeries shown were performed by Dr. Mahn. Local dentists restored the implants. Dr. Mahn works with many excellent restorative dentists.
Several of these cases were published in peer-reviewed dental journals and/or presented in lectures. Please note the healthy and natural soft tissue architecture that Dr. Mahn was able to establish in these cases. This provided the foundation from which the restorative dentist could deliver highly esthetic restorations.
Dr. Mahn believes that implant dentistry is performed best when performed by a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. Each works to their strengths.

Multiple Immediate Implant Placement (Implants placed at the time of extractions):
3-unit Bridge (Supported by Two Immediate Implants)
Tooth-supported bridge failing due to tooth decay. Both teeth were deemed hopeless and removed. Dental implants were placed immediately into the extraction sites. Bone grafting techniques were used to regenerate bone.
The new bridge was cemented on two dental implants.
These are the implants that support the bridge. The colors indicate the implant diameters.

Advanced Esthetic Implant Reconstruction of Front Teeth
(5-Unit Non-Removable Bridge):
