Connective Tissue Grafting (Lingual / Inside of Lower Front Teeth)
Connective tissue grafting was performed to increase the thickness of the gingiva, protect the underlying bone and save this tooth.
Connective tissue grafting was performed to increase the thickness of the gingiva on the inside of these teeth, to protect the underlying bone, improve root coverage and save these teeth.
All of the lingual aspects of the lower incisors were treated with connective tissue grafting. Complete root coverage was achieved and the underlying bone was protected with the thicker gingival tissues.
Lip Repositioning / Lip Stabilization
Lip Repositioning / Lip Stabilization is a simple procedure that reduces excessive gingival display when smiling. By changing the inner lip attachment, lip mobility is reduced. The top lip also develops a fuller and more attractive appearance. Smile lines may soften. Discomfort is minimal.
